Andrew is an Associate in the Technologies Companies and Life Sciences Group at Goodwin Procter LLP.  He concentrates in general corporate and securities law and has significant experience in capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings.  Prior to Goodwin, Andrew worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.   Andrew became acquainted with New Heights through Matt Stehle and joined the ELC in 2016. He graduated from Harvard University where he received a BA in Government and captained the Men’s Basketball Team and received a JD from Columbia Law School.
