Byron Jones
RETIRED NFL PLAYER

Byron Jones is a retired Cornerback who last played for the Miami Dolphins. Byron was drafted in the 1st Round by the Dallas Cowboys in 2015, and he played 5 seasons for the Cowboys, earning Pro Bowl honors. In 2020, he signed a 5-year deal with the Dolphins. Byron grew up in Connecticut and played basketball and football and track in high school. He attended UConn and earned his diploma in Political Science and Economics (completing his degree while on the Cowboys).

In addition to being a former professional athlete, Byron is also an active businessperson with ventures in finance, private equity and real estate. Byron is committed to creating opportunities for underserved youth and has been a supporter of New Heights for several years.
