The GameChangers Ball took on special significance for New Heights in 2021. Our new state-of-the-art sports facility was complete, and our dream of a forever home was becoming a reality. Starting in the fall of 2021, New Heights began scaling up our athletic and academic programming to reach thousands of additional youth and families each year. We are thrilled to put down roots in our new Crown Heights, Brooklyn community, and to take New Heights to this next level.

To celebrate and bring visibility to this important milestone, New Heights hosted the 5th annual GameChangers Ball as an in-person event in our beautiful new home on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Guests joined us for an exclusive first look at the courts, classrooms and community spaces that will truly change the game for thousands of youth and families. The evening featured professional athletes, corporate and community leaders, local artists and small businesses who believe in Brooklyn and a stronger future for its residents. It also shined a light on our local “Gamechangers” who have and continue to make a significant impact in sports-based youth development and our community. We toasted Bruce E.
