Jason Goldman is a former prosecutor and proven trial attorney who brings his courtroom experience to the defense bar with the Law Offices of Jeffrey Lichtman, where he focuses primarily on representing those being investigated or who have been charged with State or Federal crimes.

Mr. Goldman is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Cardozo School of Law. As a Brooklyn prosecutor, Mr. Goldman rose swiftly through the ranks by indicting hundreds of serious felony offenses, from complex fraud to homicide, many of which he went on to successfully try to jury verdict.

As defense counsel, Jason has successfully represented individuals across all phases of criminal litigation, whether it be pre-arrest investigations, prosecutions and trials, as well as post-conviction relief efforts. His practice area spans nearly every type of criminal matter, handling both white-collar and traditional street crime.

Jason is admitted to practice in all New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
