Jason Ourman

Jason is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Debt Group with responsibility for the origination and structuring of commercial real estate debt investments. Prior to joining the Firm, Jason was Managing Director and Head of Origination in the Real Estate Structured Finance Group at Bank of America. Previously, he was Senior Vice President in the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers. Jason also held positions at Rubenstein Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle and Ocwen Financial.

Jason graduated from Brown University with a BA in Economics. Born and raised in the Bronx, Jason has a passion for sports and supporting young people.
