Boys & Girls Basketball Program Manager

Jerome joined New Heights in October 2023 as the Boys and Girls Basketball Program Manager, with a focus on organizing program logistics for New Heights middle school basketball programs. Jerome is bringing a diverse skillset to the team with previous professional experience in sports business that span athlete representation, sports marketing, and finance.

Jerome has had extensive involvement in coaching and managing youth sports programs that span a multitude of sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, football and swimming. Guided by a passion for the power of sports to connect people cross-culturally, Jerome took part in a year-long volunteer fellowship at a sports-based youth development organization in South Africa in 2018.

Jerome Allen graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied Management and Organizational Strategy in the Wharton School. At the University of Pennsylvania, Jerome co-founded the Wharton Sports Business Summit, an annual conference for industry professionals and students from across the country.
