Mr. Marotta is a Managing Director of Crescent Capital focusing on mezzanine.  Prior to joining the team in 2010, Mr. Marotta spent over 10 years investing in mezzanine, including roles as a Principal of Intermediate Capital Group, Inc. and York Street Capital Partners LLC.  Mr. Marotta began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  Mr. Marotta is a current and former member or observer of the Board of numerous private companies.  Mr. Marotta received his BS from the University of Illinois.
