Jules Leitermann
Data and Evaluation Manager

Jules joins New Heights with over 12 years of experience in the world of youth development, in addition to 5+ years studying and researching within the Sport for Development (SfD) field. Jules is responsible for New Heights data management and on-going monitoring of program effectiveness.  

Prior to joining New Heights Jules spent 10+ years working with the Boy Scouts of America on their youth leadership programs, as well as many years working for non-profit SfD organizations including: Up2Us, Starfinder Foundation, Jumpstart Sports & more. 

Jules has a Master of Science focused in sports based youth development (SBYD) from Adelphi University as well as a Master of Health Science with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Temple University.

Passionate about measurement, evaluation, research, and learning, Jules hopes to use her skills to help New Heights create a data-informed organizational environment, implement best practices in the SfD field, and ensure New Heights’ mission is aligned with strong programming.
