Kathleen Weber joins New Heights Youth Inc. as the new Director of Girls' Basketball, bringing over 20 years of experience in coaching and program management. As the founder of USNBA & HoopsQuest, she has guided over 150 high school athletes to collegiate and professional careers and held key coaching roles at DePaul University, the University of Notre Dame, and the University of North Carolina Asheville. Most recently, she led Högsbo Basket in the Swedish Basketball League to a playoff appearance. Kathleen is also a USA Basketball Gold License Coach and a Hall of Fame Inductee at Long Island University, recognized for her commitment to athlete development.
