Katlin Brown
Data & Evaluation Manager

Katlin is an evaluator, adult learning designer, and youth development practitioner with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and organizations to better meet the needs of young people. She uses her expertise in participatory evaluation, research, and program design to center the experiences and perspectives of participants, continually striving to advance equity in data collection and analysis, program improvement, and organizational growth.

Katlin earned her MEd in Youth Development and a Certificate in the Foundations of College Instruction from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she is a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology. Her research focuses on the role of adults in transformative social and emotional learning. She also holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota.
