Kristopher Cotaj is a Senior Vice President/Managing Director at Halstead Management Company, a leader in NYC residential property management.

Kris’ diverse portfolio and experience range from affordable housing to high-rise condominiums. Over the course of his career, Kris has overseen over $50M in capital projects ranging from mechanical, electrical, building efficiency upgrades, compliance with NYC local laws, and aesthetic upgrades.

Kristopher has a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in management. He is also a graduate of Iona University with an MBA in both Finance and Marketing.

In addition to joining the New Heights’ Emerging Leaders Council in November 2023, Kristopher dedicates his time and fundraising efforts as a committee member with the Kids for Kids Foundation.
