Nicole has a 10-year background in Human Resources with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. After spending time in the U.S. Air Force, she decided to continue serving her country and community in a more personal fashion. Nicole has a passion for youth development and helping others find their purpose. Prior to joining New Heights, Nicole was a Recruiter and Office Administrator for tech non-profits.
