Data Associate

Wervens joined New Heights in June 2023 as a Data Associate, where he maintains Logic and Program Models, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and develops data collection tools. He also manages the program-side Salesforce database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Prior to joining New Heights, Wervens worked at Campus Door Holding Inc., where he managed and processed loan applications, provided assistance to applicants, and helped streamline application processes.

Wervens graduated from York College of PA with an M.S. in Data Analytics and holds a B.A. in Economics from Stony Brook University. He is passionate about leveraging data to drive organizational success and improve operational efficiency.
